Wheat bags

This wheat bag is filled with wheat and real dried lavender  or chamomile flowers.  Or alternately can be unscented.

Various fabrics available

Ingredients

Wheat kernals, Lavender flowers, chamomile

 

Instructions for use

• Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time for no more than 90 seconds
• Place a small container of water in the microwave with the wheat bag whilst heating to prevent the wheat from drying out
• Or simply place the bag on a radiator
• Wait for the bag to cool before reheating
• For cold compression, place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for at least an hour
