Privacy Notice 2018
As you are probably aware, new data laws come into force from 25th May 2018. This law requires myself and other businesses and organisations to document how and why any personal information is kept in regards to individual customers.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of 3rd parties that I do not own or control (including Etsy, Amazon, Woo commerce or PayPal). You should visit the 3rd party website to find out more about their privacy policy.
At Wildflower Aromatics, the data we collect typically includes your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is essential, so that we can deliver your order to you quickly and efficiently. We also require your payment details and details of the items you order. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, such as custom requests or additional info regarding where a parcel can be left safely.
You can be assured that your information will only be used in connection with your order. And that we will never pass your information on to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
It may be necessary to collect, use or share your information in the following legal instances:
– In order to settle disputes or provide customer service
– To comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. This could be up to 4 years, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
You have the right to change, restrict use of or delete your personal information. (excluding where it is necessary to store data for legal reasons).
If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information, you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
