Wheat bags

This wheat bag is filled with wheat and real dried lavender flowers.

Instructions for use

• Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time for no more than 90 seconds
• Place a small container of water in the microwave with the wheat bag whilst heating to prevent the wheat from drying out
• Or simply place the bag on a radiator
• Wait for the bag to cool before reheating
• For cold compression, place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for at least an hour

Eye Pillow.  Filled with linseeds and lavender flowers.  Perfect for relaxation, yoga / Savasana, meditation or just when you need to rest your eyes and escape the outside world.

The outer layer of fabric is removeable, so you can wash the covers between uses.

Eye Pillow Ingredients: Linseeds, botanicals (lavender)

Simply lay the pillow over the eye area and lay down or sit back and relax.

The pillow can be heated gently by placing on a warm radiator. Or alternatively you can cool the mask in the fridge or freezer. If placing the pillow in the fridge or freezer, ensure that it does not become damp by thoroughly sealing in an airtight bag or container.
